This position will be responsible for estimating projects, managing jobs from start to finish, coordinating with customers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards. Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and project bids Review plans, specifications, drawings, and project requirements Develop material and labor takeoffs and project costs Manage projects from estimating through completion Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and field crews Communicate with customers throughout the project Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines Identify and address potential issues before they impact the project Prepare and manage change orders Conduct job-site visits and inspections as needed Maintain accurate project documentation Work closely with ownership, field personnel, vendors, and subcontractors Ensure projects meet company quality and safety standards Qualifications Previous experience in construction estimating and project management Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong mathematical and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Construction estimating/project management software experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and able to take ownership of a project from the initial estimate through completion . We are looking for someone who understands both the numbers behind a project and what it takes to successfully execute the work in the field. Construction experience is required. Estimating and project management experience is strongly preferred.
