Job Summary A growing general contractor in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong commercial, multifamily, renovation, hospitality, or affordable housing project experience. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a proactive construction leader who can manage projects from preconstruction and buyout through construction, closeout, and client turnover. The Project Manager will oversee ground-up construction and complex renovation projects while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, documentation, client communication, and overall project performance. Key Responsibilities Manage one or more ground-up and renovation construction projects from preconstruction, buyout, and mobilization through completion and closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost forecasting, commitments, change orders, subcontractor performance, and overall financial results. Lead subcontractor procurement, scope review, contract administration, invoice approvals, monthly draw documentation, and project documentation. Coordinate closely with Superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving safely and efficiently. Participate in OAC meetings and maintain professional client communication regarding progress, schedule, quality, risks, and changes. Proactively identify construction challenges, resolve issues, support safety procedures, and help maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
