This isn't a lead-handing operation. If you need company-provided leads to survive, this role isn't the right fit. You generate the opportunity, close the deal, and own the customer relationship through completion. We handle the execution behind the scenes. Prospect through door knocking, referrals, and networking Run roof inspections and document findings Present solutions and close deals Set clear expectations with homeowners upfront Manage customer communication throughout the project Coordinate with our production and admin teams for smooth delivery Follow up consistently, not occasionally What we provide A dedicated Production Manager who handles job execution Admin support A CRM system to manage your pipeline and track every job A team that's reachable and accountable Compensation Draw plus commission. The draw is recoverable, it comes out of earned commissions as you close. Your income has no ceiling. Production determines your paycheck, nothing else. Requirements Proven roofing sales experience with a track record to back it up Ability to generate your own leads: door knocking, referrals, networking Comfortable performing roof inspections (ability to climb required) Strong follow-up habits and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation This role is not a fit if you Depend on company-provided leads to hit your numbers Have "done sales" but don't have consistent results to show Want a guaranteed base regardless of performance Struggle with follow-up or letting deals go cold
