Overview Assistant Project Manager — Manufactured Housing & Construction Operations About the Role - We're looking for a sharp, organized, and adaptable Assistant Project Manager to support our construction and installation operations across multiple mobile home park and manufactured housing accounts throughout Arizona. This is a fast-paced role where no two days look the same — you'll be helping manage active jobs across several properties simultaneously, tracking details in spreadsheets, coordinating with clients and crews, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on structure but can adapt quickly when priorities shift, enjoys being the person who keeps information organized, and is comfortable being a primary point of contact with clients over phone, text, and email. What You'll Do Support project managers across multiple active jobsites and accounts (manufactured home installs, site prep, skirting/shed builds, paving/seal coating, permitting, and more) Maintain and update project tracking spreadsheets — job status, timelines, completed work, outstanding items Communicate professionally and consistently with clients via phone, text, and email , answering questions, and keeping people in the loop Help coordinate scheduling and dependencies between trades, vendors, and site crews Track permitting, inspections, and compliance documentation across jurisdictions Organize and manage large volumes of information (job files, change orders, client correspondence) so it's easy to find and act on Assist with drafting client-facing communications, and updates Learn our internal systems and processes quickly, and adapt as job requirements and priorities change day to day What We're Looking For Fast learner — able to pick up new systems, terminology, and processes without heavy hand-holding Strong spreadsheet skills — comfortable in Google Sheets/Excel, tracking and updating data accurately Excellent communicator — confident and professional on the phone, in texts, and in written email; able to represent the company well with clients Highly organized — able to manage multiple projects/accounts at once without losing track of details Adaptable — comfortable with shifting priorities and a fast-moving work environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Prior experience in construction, property management, or manufactured housing is a plus but not required — attitude and adaptability matter more Preferred (Not Required) Experience with mobile home parks, manufactured housing, or construction project coordination Familiarity with permitting/regulatory processes Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) Why Join Us Real responsibility from day one — you'll be trusted with meaningful work across multiple accounts Room to grow into a full Project Manager role as you develop Variety — every day involves different properties, people, and problems to solve Supportive team environment where clear communication is valued
