ASAP Relocation Relocation support available Overview Leads electrical projects from award through warranty, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to client specifications. Coordinates across teams, manages financial performance, and resolves technical and contractual issues. Key Responsibilities Support proposal development and project setup Review contracts, scope, and approve job setup Plan schedules, manpower, and project milestones Estimate labor/materials and manage procurement Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and third parties Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders Track project costs, billing, and performance (job scoring) Resolve site issues and maintain client satisfaction Lead pre-construction meetings and project closeout (incl. training) Supervise, mentor, and support team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred 6-10 years in field, project management, or estimating Strong knowledge of electrical systems (BMS, HVAC, lighting, fire alarm) Familiarity with building codes, OSHA, and regulations Solid financial, analytical, and organizational skills Experience managing teams and client relationships Proficient in MS Office and project/estimating software Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks and obtain required clearances Travel Daily local travel within ~30 miles of the Phoenix metro area
