Job Description

ICON Builders is seeking an experienced Project Managerto leadmultifamily renovation projects, with a focus onoccupied affordable housing. This role is critical to delivering projects that meet our standards for quality, compliance, and executionon time and within budget. This is a full-time, on-site role based inTempe, Arizona. Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of multifamily renovation projects through closeoutUtilize Procorefor project management, including commitments, change events, and documentation workflowsConduct site walks with subcontractors, develop detailed scopes of work, and negotiate subcontracts and change ordersDevelop and maintainproject schedules, ensuring milestone tracking and proactive issue resolutionManage project financials including budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting to ensure profitabilityReview and approve subcontractor/vendor pay applications and supportowner draw processesCoordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure site readiness, safety compliance, and quality executionEnsure compliance withHUD, LIHTC, and municipal requirements, including labor compliance and reportingPrepare and manage all project documentation to Owners, Architects, and stakeholders with a high level of accuracyLead project communication across internal teams, subcontractors, and ownership groupsDrive problem-solving in a fast-paced,occupied renovation environmentEnsure projects are delivered with complete closeout documentation and turnover requirements Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
Required:
