Job Description

Job Description The Associate Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.

Working closely with project teams, field personnel, vendors, and customers, the Associate Project Manager helps oversee all phases of project execution, including resource coordination, material procurement, cost tracking, scheduling, and customer communication. This position plays a key role in driving project success by ensuring work is completed efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality, and supporting strong customer relationships.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with the overall management and execution of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate labor resources, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to support project delivery.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and financial performance, identifying risks and helping implement corrective actions when needed.

Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved in accordance with customer requirements and project timelines.

Collaborate with field teams, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.

Support procurement activities, including material ordering, tracking, and inventory management.

Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.

Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence across all project activities.

Participate in customer meetings and provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and key deliverables.

Assist with change order management, project closeout activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.1-4 years of project coordination, project management, construction, engineering, or related industry experience.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience tracking budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
