Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience managing water and wastewater construction projects Experience with underground utility construction, including waterlines, sewer, storm drain, force mains, and related infrastructure Strong understanding of project plans, specifications, schedules, budgets, and contract requirements Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through completion while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals Experience coordinating with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel Ability to review plans and specifications, identify potential conflicts, and develop practical solutions Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and sequencing for water and wastewater projects Experience with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project correspondence Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and communicate progress to project stakeholders Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with superintendents, foremen, field engineers, and project teams Knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software Ability to travel to project sites throughout Arizona as needed Valid driver's license required Rate varies based on experience We will only respond to serious inquiries from qualified Project Managers with water/wastewater construction experience.
