We are currently looking to add a stellar Assistant Project Manager to our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in supporting projects from planning through completion. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the goal of consistently exceeding client expectations. Role Description The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects to ensure goals are accomplished within the established timeline and budget. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist with reviewing project proposals, schedules, budgets, and staffing requirements. Support project planning and coordination for all phases of construction. Communicate with project staff, subcontractors, vendors, and clients regarding schedules, responsibilities, and project updates. Monitor project progress to ensure work stays on schedule and within budget. Help prepare status reports, project documentation, and client updates. Assist in resolving project-related issues and providing administrative and technical support to the project team. Coordinate project activities with regulatory agencies and inspectors as needed. Maintain organized project files, contracts, and correspondence. Attend project meetings and document key action items and follow-ups. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record in order to drive shared company vehicles to project sites.
