Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator Agile Staffing, Inc.

- $21 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Accounting systems Computer operation Computer literacy Writing skills Basic math Administrative experience Attention to detail Productivity software Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Essential Functions Employee will be working for a company that specializes in carpet, hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl plank (LVP) in the city of Anaheim.
- Provide customer services relative to customer orders and questions
- Interface with customer to provide basic services and all follow-ups
- Review and identify all income customer orders: email, fax, phone, mail, etc
- Prepare invoices and packing lists for such customer orders
- Follow up on outstanding/delinquent accounts
- Maintain and organize customer accounting and profile records
- Review and reconcile all outgoing orders and shipments
- Coordinate and prepare orders for customers, review and reconcile vendor invoices
- Maintaining orderly and clean working environment Minimum Requirements Must have prior work experience, and college degree helpful. Some construction background would be preferred . Basic Math Skills is necessary
- Exceptional skills in writing and verbal communication
- Professional and courteous attitude with high working ethics toward customers
- Ability to work productively and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Vigorous attention to details, and must be well organized
- Excellent analytical skills in assessing issues, prioritize projects, and finalize solutions
- Must be well presented "No visible Tattoos" Must be very well versed with computer skill and knowledge of applicable software
- High proficiency with computer software (MS Office and Accounting)
- Must be able to work independently with minimum or no supervision.
