Part-time Grants Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for the implementation of the grant-funded Certified Wellness Coach (CWC) curriculum option within the Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) program and the grant funded Title IVe Public Child Welfare stipend program within the Master of Social Work (MSW) program. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day project operations, budget tracking, marketing and recruitment, maintain meticulous documentation, and assist with student engagement and event coordination. The Grants Coordinator will work with project directors to ensure the continuous quality plan is implemented specifically for each project goal/objective. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, detail-oriented, and sensitive to confidential information. This position reports to the Project Directors/Principal Investigators. This is a grant-funded position and is contingent upon continued grant funding. This is a 20 hour position.Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or related field. Master's Degree in Social Sciences or a closely related field preferred.Required Experience:
One to two years of experience in a related social service field. Budgeting and administrative experience. Grant experience preferred.Primary Duties/Essential Functions:
Program Administration, Budget & Operations Provide comprehensive administrative support for the day-to-day implementation and operational workflow of the grant projects. Maintain organized filing systems for all project documentation, ensuring data security, confidentiality, and easy retrieval for audits or reviews. Assist with budget monitoring, tracking expenditures, and compiling financial documentation to ensure alignment with grant allocations. Coordinate program meetings by drafting structured agendas, taking detailed minutes, and tracking action items for the project team. Assist in the development and formatting of CWC and Title-IVe program materials, and educational resources. Manage website updates to ensure the BSW-CWC and Title-IVe program information pages feature accurate, engaging, and current information for prospective students and stakeholders. Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions, & Event Coordination Support outreach, recruitment and admissions processes, serving as a point of contact for student inquiries and processing application materials. Development and implementation of strategic marketing efforts including in-person and online. Lead the logistical coordination of key project events, including recruitment informational sessions, specialized training workshops, and the official program launch event. Data Tracking & Grant Reporting Track and monitor student outcomes and milestones to evaluate program efficacy and maintain compliance with grant benchmarks. Contribute to report preparation, synthesizing data, student metrics, and project updates for progress reports required by grant funders. Coordinate the evaluation activities for grant-funded projects. Establishing, supporting, and managing project-related data aspects (e.g., downloading data from project websites, cleaning data, entering data into reporting websites on time, preparing data updates for monthly project meetings). Develop electronic survey tools and write brief reports to summarize the data (including semi-annual and annual progress reports). Regular, punctual attendance is required by the supervisor based on department needs. Perform other duties related to the position as required by the supervisor.Skills:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing, with project team, consultants, and other project stakeholders. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with the project team, site staff and liaisons, and other project stakeholders. Organizational skills for assisting with project material (meeting agendas, minutes). Skill in conducting literature reviews and writing up reports. Social media experience and content creation. Skill in data entry and analysis, including developing tables and figures. Skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Apps for presentations, reports, and conferences. Willingness to work occasional evening hours. Ability to manage details and follow through.Mental Demands:

Grade 8: $21.44 to $24.66 is the hourly compensation for this role and reflects what Azusa Pacific University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
