full-time Electrical Project Manager - Commercial Projects Hybrid work from home flexibility. Onsite for jobs 1-2 times a month. I'm working with a well-established commercial electrical contractor around the Brea area seeking an experienced Project Manager or Sr. PM to join their team. Sales team landed 11M in work this month alone. Average projects range between $2M and $3M , with an increasing number of $5M+ jobs in our pipeline. If you're confident managing complex commercial projects and want to be part of a growing team, we'd love to connect.
What You'll Do:
Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects from pre-con to closeout Lead internal and subcontractor teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Monitor project financials, forecasting, RFIs, change orders, and documentation Communicate with clients, vendors, and inspectors with confidence Oversee schedules and enforce quality and safety standards Mentor junior team members and drive accountability
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of project management experience in commercial electrical construction Comfortable overseeing $5M+ projects Proficient with software like Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project Solid understanding of cost tracking, scheduling, and jobsite operations Strong leadership and communication skills Degree preferred but not required with relevant field/trade experience Why Join Us Long-term opportunity with a stable, growing company Low turnover, great team culture, and strong office support Work on high-visibility commercial projects in Southern California
