Q4 client spend is active and the Q1/Q2 backlog is already set. They need someone who understands MEP from the GC side, not from an owner or client-side seat. Renewyx have been engaged on this hire on a confidential basis. Projects run $500K to $15M, spanning TI, rooftop equipment replacement, end-of-life building upgrades, site work, and some clean room. The team is four senior PMs strong and the urgency is real. What this looks like in 90 days: At 90 days, your projects are on programme, the team knows you own your work, and Q1 is already planned. What you'll bring: Heavy GC-side MEP experience (owner or client-side will not be considered) TI, rooftop MEP, end-of-life building upgrade, or clean room GC background Consistent tenure: job-hopping at 1 to 1.5-year intervals is a hard disqualifier Bay Area-based, South Bay to South San Francisco corridor The package:
