full-time RPS Recruitment has been appointed as the specialist recruitment partner to Rio Tinto / U.S. Borax as the business transitions towards operating as a more independent, standalone organisation. As part of this major transformation, we're looking for an experienced ERP & Enterprise Applications Lead to take a leading role in shaping, selecting and implementing the future ERP and enterprise applications environment. This is a rare opportunity to join an established industrial business at the beginning of a major ERP transformation - helping define the future landscape rather than simply inheriting an established system. As ERP & Enterprise Applications Lead , you'll work across technology and the wider business to: Lead and project manage key elements of the ERP selection, implementation and transformation programme . Help define the future ERP and enterprise applications landscape. Work across business functions to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions. Lead ERP migration, integration, implementation and deployment activities. Manage and challenge ERP implementation partners, vendors and third-party providers. Ensure effective integration between ERP and the wider enterprise application environment. Support application architecture, data migration and technology transition activities. Work closely with senior stakeholders across technology, finance, supply chain, manufacturing and operations. The successful ERP & Enterprise Applications Lead will bring: Strong experience delivering ERP implementations, transformations or migrations . Experience project managing major ERP or enterprise application programmes. Broad enterprise applications experience beyond a single system or module. Experience with major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Infor, IFS, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, QAD or similar . Strong understanding of ERP integration, application architecture and data migration. Experience managing ERP implementation partners and technology vendors. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate across both technology and the wider business. Manufacturing, industrial, mining or similarly complex operational experience would be highly advantageous. You'll be joining U.S. Borax at a genuinely unique point in its history! Rather than maintaining somebody else's ERP environment, you'll have the opportunity to help select it, implement it and shape how it integrates with the wider business . For the right ERP & Enterprise Applications Lead , this offers the scale and complexity of an established Rio Tinto business combined with the ownership, visibility and influence that comes from helping create a new standalone technology environment. The position is largely remote , with onsite presence in Boron and/or Burbank driven by business and project requirements. RPS Recruitment is the appointed specialist recruitment partner to Rio Tinto / U.S. Borax for this search.
