You will be responsible for supporting the General Contractor in delivering a semiconductor test fab comprising a small fabrication facility and Critical Utilities Building. Atlantach Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead CSA delivery from design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover. Manage civil, structural, architectural and building-envelope work packages. Coordinate CSA activities with process, mechanical, electrical and critical utilities teams. Manage subcontractors, procurement, programme, cost, quality and site performance. Review drawings, specifications, technical submittals, RFIs and design changes. Develop and monitor construction schedules, milestones and look-ahead plans. Ensure cleanroom, controlled-environment and semiconductor standards are achieved. Oversee foundations, structural steel, concrete, roofing, cladding and internal finishes. Identify interface risks and resolve design or construction constraints promptly. Drive safe execution in line with project EHS requirements. Lead inspections, snagging, system completion and turnover documentation. Provide clear progress, risk and commercial reporting to senior project stakeholders.

Carry out your duties to meet Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times. Requirements Bachelor's Degree - Construction Management or equivalent experience Min 6 years' experience Track record of delivering on-time projects. Experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects. Creating and maintaining a culture of safety. Developing a culture of quality assurance and control. Managing and developing successful teams. Significant senior project management experience on complex construction projects. (semi-conductor or datacentre or manufacturing) Semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing or mission-critical project experience. Strong CSA background across civil, structural and architectural packages. Experience delivering fabs, utility buildings or technically complex facilities is highly desirable. Proven experience supporting or working for a General Contractor. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and multidisciplinary interfaces. Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, change control and project risk. Good understanding of quality assurance, commissioning readiness and handover processes. Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and construction programmes.
