Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update project tracking systems and documentation Support planning and execution of installations Assist with budgeting, reporting, and project coordination tasks Coordinate schedules and communicate with internal teams and external partners Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks Provide general support to project and operations teams as needed

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in project coordination or a related field preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Strong communication and problem-solving skills Adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented Clean driving record Ability to travel when necessary
