Key Objectives:
Provide senior leadership and mentorship for best-in-class client services regarding PM involvement, budget creation/assessment, and active problem-solving. Collaborate with PS Leadership & Senior PMs to develop new protocols and processes for the PM department. Collaborate with the business development team on incoming projects related to timelines and vendor engagement. Maintain client relationships and proper communication before PM pass off as needed. Maintain appropriate communication channels to clients/internal departments revolving in/around multiple projects at one time. Attend Pre-Production Meetings as needed with Dir. of Fab/Drafting Managers /Dir. of Design to review build approach, drafting, and special project needs. Aid Director of Project Management in staffing of Senior PM's, PM's and Associate PM's on approved projects and projects expecting approvals Aid in review of active budgets, maintain proper allocation of funds for the success of a projects' margin. Ensure Project Managers work effectively and efficiently across departments. Recognize and act on areas that need improvement to create a better interdepartmental workplace. Attend site surveys, load-ins, and strikes to ensure smooth project workflows and document risk assessments, as needed. Ensure client needs are always being met, while also maintaining a focus on project profitability.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Monday.com, Smartsheet) and scheduling software. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Experience & Education:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred or relevant Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted projects in creative or fabrication industries.
Pay:
$115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
