Project Coordinator -
Custom Manufacturing Location:
Corona, CA Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM Position Type:
Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire A manufacturer of custom modular office systems is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support projects from order through completion. This position works closely with customers, vendors, office staff, and project personnel to ensure project information is accurate, materials are ordered correctly, documentation is complete, and deadlines are being met. Responsibilities Coordinate multiple custom manufacturing projects and deadlines at the same time. Communicate professionally with customers and vendors regarding project details, materials, orders, schedules, and outstanding items. Review project information, drawings, quantities, and specifications to ensure accuracy before materials are ordered. Prepare and update material sheets for active projects. Prepare material order forms and purchase-related documentation. Follow up with vendors regarding pricing, material availability, lead times, orders, and deliveries. Maintain organized project files, correspondence, documentation, and records. Follow up with customers regarding project information, approvals, scheduling, documentation, and outstanding needs. Work closely with internal teams to help ensure materials and project requirements are aligned with production schedules. Assist with additional project coordination and administrative responsibilities as needed. Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required. Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required. Strong computer and data entry skills. Ability to read and work from project drawings, specifications, and material information. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating directly with customers and vendors. 2 years of Manufacturing, construction, architectural as a project coordination experience #ARROW
