Job Description:
Multi-Family Construction Group is currently seeking an MEP Project Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned MEP projects Supervise Project Coordinators & Assistant Project Manager teams to achieve schedule, budget, and quality objectives Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards. Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability.
Required Skills Qualifications include:
5-12 years of progressive experience managing MEP construction projects Demonstrated ability to manage medium-to-large project budgets ($5M-$50M+) Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and building codes Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum and/or other construction management software
