Compensation:

$70,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate construction cleaning crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. Manage job sites with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with project managers to align cleaning schedules with construction timelines. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for each project. Address personnel needs by scheduling and supervising team members, fostering a positive work environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored cleaning solutions. Implement and uphold company standards and procedures to maintain our spotless reputation in the industry.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; a minimum of 1 year of construction or related experience is a plus. Strong math and/or financial skills. Proven ability to provide a vision and path to achieve long-term goals. Experience with Monday.com and Knowify is a plus. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. Track record of setting and managing goals and expectations. Clean driving record. Ability to lift materials and equipment as needed.
