For over 30 years, Development One has been providing quality design services to a list of clients including NASA, Space Force, GSA, FedEx, Qantas and others. As an Architectural Project Manager at Development One, you will spearhead projects and lead a team of Architects, Job Captains, and consultants across a variety of project types — including office, courthouse, aviation, aerospace, laboratory, and data center facilities. You will monitor project progress, budget, and overall performance, while helping the team master our design and quality control practices.

A PATH TO SUCCESS.
As you begin your career as a Project Manager at Development One, we will create a roadmap with your goals and benchmarks, set at the following intervals: 30 Days 90 Days 6
  • 9 Months 12 Months & Ongoing These goals and benchmarks will be strategically drafted to give you a clear path to success at Development One, Inc.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, EDUCATION
Architecture or related degree from a U.S. accredited college/university
  • required 5+ years of experience in the architecture industry
  • required 3+ years of project management experience
  • required Architecture licensure, or willingness to actively pursue licensure
  • highly preferred Working experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and bluebeam in a professional production environment
  • required Proven experience in institutional or government architectural field
  • a plus Oversees and assists the team in the production of presentations and construction documents.
Monitors and tracks project progress, budget, and overall project performance. Participates in the implementation of design standards and quality control procedures. Anticipates project needs and proactively prepares for potential problems in a diplomatic and strategic way.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This role offers a base salary in the range of $95,000
  • 125,000 annually, depending on experience and licensure status.
