The Senior Electrical Project Manager provides strategic leadership across multiple projects, maintains safety and quality standards, drives financial performance, and develops project teams. Responsibilities Lead multiple electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Define project scope, schedules, and budgets while managing risk and long-lead items. Oversee estimating, cost control, and overall financial performance. Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and all applicable codes and regulations. Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and inspectors to deliver high-quality work. Plan and allocate labor, materials, and subcontractors effectively. Lead contract administration, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Mentor and oversee Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers while driving safety, productivity, and profitability. Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects. Experience managing projects valued at $5 million or more. Proficiency with the following software is preferred: Procore ComputerEase / Deltek Trimble Accubid Bluebeam Clearstory Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Ability to present professionally and represent the organization positively. Work Environment Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Requires extended periods of sitting and computer use. Regular standing and walking may be required. May occasionally move boxes of files and records weighing up to 30 pounds.
