AI Project Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented AI Project Assistant to join our innovative team this summer. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of artificial intelligence projects by providing essential administrative and technical assistance. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will ensure smooth project workflows, effective communication, and timely delivery of project milestones. This a paid postion available for summer break only. Duties We are seeking a motivated and tech and AI-savvy AI Project Assistant to support our executive and operational teams with the implementation, organization, and optimization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and business processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student interested in AI, business operations, technology, and process improvement to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/business environment. The AI Project Assistant will help identify opportunities for automation, assist with AI software implementation, support administrative and operational projects, and collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency across departments.
