ABOUT US
We are an owner-led plastering and finish company based in Garden Grove, California. We handle high-end plaster, stucco, drywall, venetian plaster, EIFS, waterproofing, and masonry work across residential and commercial projects. Our work is known for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the kind of finish quality that only comes from experienced hands. We are hiring a Project Manager who knows the trade at a deep level, leads crews well, and takes ownership of every project they touch.POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager runs plastering and stucco projects from the day they are handed off through the final walkthrough. You will be on job sites, managing crews, checking quality, keeping timelines tight, and making sure our clients get the level of work they came to us for. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has spent real years in the trade and knows what a finished job should look like.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead crews and subcontractors on active job sites
- Walk every project regularly to check quality, catch issues early, and keep the standard high
- Manage plastering, stucco, drywall, and finish projects from start to finish
- Read plans, blueprints, and specifications to plan scope and material takeoffs
- Coordinate suppliers, deliveries, and job site logistics so crews are never waiting
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, general contractors, architects, and inspectors
- Track project timelines, budgets, and progress against scope
- Enforce safety protocols and job site standards
- Handle change orders, punch lists, and final walkthroughs
- Report directly to the owner and keep him informed on project status
- Solve field problems fast and keep jobs moving forward
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 12 to 15 years of hands-on experience in the stucco and plastering trade
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong working knowledge of exterior stucco systems, EIFS, interior plaster, drywall, and finish work
- Able to read blueprints, specifications, and construction plans confidently
- Experience managing multiple job sites at the same time
- Strong communication with clients, crews, and inspectors
- Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license
- Able to work outdoors and be on job sites daily
- References from previous employers or general contractors
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with venetian plaster, specialty finishes, or high-end residential work
- Prior experience managing commercial plastering or stucco projects
- Familiarity with California building codes and inspection processes
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Background in estimating or reviewing bid documents
