• Hayward, CA Seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in the commercial doors, frames, and architectural hardware industry .

This is a full-time, non-remote role managing multiple commercial projects, primarily across healthcare, education, and office environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple commercial door/frame/hardware projects from start through completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams. Handle submittals, estimating, schedules, drawings, and project documentation. Conduct occasional site visits, field measurements, and coordination meetings. Resolve project issues proactively and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate closely with estimating, engineering, shop, and field teams.

Requirements:

8+ years of project management experience in commercial doors/frames/hardware . Strong knowledge of commercial construction and project coordination. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Highly self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Healthcare, education, or office project experience is a plus.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

PM Work Setting:

On-site/non-remote with approximately 10% field work

Pay:

$120,000.00
