About The Job We're looking for a highly organized and driven Assistant Project Manager in the LA market who is eager to build their career while contributing to exceptional luxury retail, residential, and commercial construction projects. If you're passionate about construction, enjoy solving complex challenges, and want hands-on exposure to every phase of a project, from preconstruction through closeout, we'd love to meet you. Why Join Michilli Work on high-profile luxury retail, residential, and commercial projects in the Los Angeles market and throughout CA Gain hands-on experience across all phases of construction alongside experienced Estimators, Project Managers and Site Superintendents Build your project management skills while working with some of the industry's most respected clients, architects, and design teams Be part of a collaborative team culture that values professionalism, innovation, and continuous learning Join a growing national general contractor where your contributions are recognized and your career growth is supported Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field 1-3 years of construction project management experience, internships, or related industry experience Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Experience working on high-end retail, luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial construction projects General Contractor experience Experience with Procore and/or Sage 300 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Physical Requirements Ability to travel to project sites as needed Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working on a computer Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds Equal Employment Opportunity Michilli Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
