Orange County, CA Job type: Full-time About the role BuildPro Construction is hiring a Project Manager to run insurance reconstruction projects from the first walkthrough to final completion. You will write the Xactimate estimate, sign the insured, and manage the job through closeout. What you'll do Inspect water, fire, and related reconstruction losses and build a clear scope of work Write and revise Xactimate estimates for insurance carriers, including supplements Meet with insureds, explain the scope and process, and obtain signed work authorizations and approvals Coordinate with adjusters on scope, pricing, and approvals Manage projects from start to finish: schedule, subcontractors, materials, permits, and quality Keep homeowners updated and handle questions or concerns on the job Track budget and change orders so jobs stay on scope and profitable Close out jobs with final walkthroughs, punch lists, and required paperwork What we're looking for Experience managing reconstruction or restoration projects Hands-on Xactimate experience writing insurance estimates Comfortable meeting insureds and getting agreements signed Working knowledge of residential construction trades and job sequencing Strong communication with homeowners, adjusters, and subcontractors

Pay:

$72,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
