We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in electrical systems and generator installations to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator will support the office and field teams by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring that electrical and generator-related aspects of projects are executed efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects, with a focus on electrical and generator systems Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Track project progress and provide regular status updates Review plans, specifications, and submittals related to electrical and generator work Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Support procurement and delivery of materials and equipment Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in construction coordination or a related role Background or familiarity with electrical systems and generator installations Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in commercial or industrial construction Knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards
