If so, you're the eCommerce Project Co-Ordinator we're looking for! We're an e-commerce (web) development and consulting firm located in Irvine, CA. We're growing fast - we're small enough that each individual on our team has their voice heard and a role in guiding our success, but large enough that we offer great benefits and have lots of fun here in the office. We've been featured on the Bloomberg financial channel and on every major broadcast news network for our strong company culture and fast growth We operate as a cross-functional, highly collaborative team, so we all tend to pitch in where we can, but your primary responsibilities will be: Serving as a bridge between our internal technical staff and our clients, scheduling meetings, keeping track of the deliverables Following up with clients to obtain any additional information our developers need to complete a task Receiving requests and questions from clients via the phone, the web and email and promptly and professionally handling those inquiries Updating clients on their status of their project and any open tasks Addressing escalated client concerns in a professional manner and resolving those concerns promptly Skills Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Aware of full SDLC & been part of a project either at school or work Accounting experience is a plus Ticketing system experience is a plus Microsoft DevOps or similar software experience is a plus Quality analysis/ Software testing experience is a plus Requirement/ Specifications document writing experience is a plus Software training experience is a plus Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task This is a full-time position, located in our offices at Foothill Ranch, CA. For the right candidate hybrid work schedule is a possibility in the long term. We are a software company that is growing fast exponentially and in need of someone that can co-ordinate projects and do much more.
