The company specializes in urban housing developments, including small to mid-size projects, often in tight, high-density environments. Projects typically range from 50-150 units and include podium and infill construction, requiring strong coordination, planning, and execution in constrained sites. This role is ideal for someone who has managed multifamily projects from start to finish and is comfortable owning multiple projects while working closely with ownership and field teams. Key Responsibilities Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee scheduling, budgeting, buyouts, and overall project execution Lead subcontractor coordination, contracts, and scope management Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Work closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution and productivity Maintain project schedules and adjust for tight urban site constraints Track job costs, billing, and overall financial performance Communicate with ownership, consultants, and internal teams Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed Manage multiple projects simultaneously Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor Strong experience with ground-up multifamily construction required Experience with infill and podium projects strongly preferred Comfortable managing 50-150 unit projects in tight sites Experience running full-cycle projects from start to finish Ability to manage multiple projects at once Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Compensation & Benefits Bonus potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Long-term growth with a steady multifamily pipeline Strong team culture and direct exposure to leadership
