Job Description
Client Solutions & Project Coordinator Roham International, Inc. Lomita, CA Job Details Full-time $58,000 - $65,000 a year 19 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Research Attention to detail Client services Customer relationship management Account management Full Job Description About Roham International Roham International is a Los Angeles-based branded merchandise and promotional marketing company that helps organizations bring their brands to life through thoughtfully curated products and experiences. Since 2008, we've partnered with companies and organizations on everything from branded merchandise and employee gifts to custom packaging, online company stores, event merchandise, fulfillment and fully custom products. We're a small, established company where good ideas matter, people have real responsibility, and no two projects look exactly alike. We're growing, and we're looking for an exceptionally organized, resourceful and client-focused person to become a key part of our team. The Role This isn't a traditional administrative coordinator position. As our Client Solutions & Project Coordinator, you'll help turn client requests and ideas into thoughtful branded merchandise solutions — and make sure those projects keep moving. One day, a client may need elevated executive gifts for a leadership retreat. Another may need merchandise for a 1,000-person event, an employee onboarding kit, or an online company store. You'll help understand what the client is trying to accomplish, research and recommend appropriate products, build polished presentations, coordinate mockups and creative assets, communicate with clients, follow up on decisions and keep projects organized through the handoff to our order-management team. You'll work closely with the company's owner and have significant exposure to clients, vendors, creative work and the entire branded-merchandise process. We can teach you our industry and systems. What is much harder to teach — and what we're really looking for — is judgment, ownership, attention to detail, efficiency, resourcefulness and follow-through. What You'll Do Respond to incoming client requests promptly and professionally. Learn each client's brand, audience, budget and objective. Research and source branded merchandise appropriate to the client's needs. Help curate product recommendations rather than simply sending generic options. Build clear, polished client presentations and proposals. Coordinate product mockups and artwork with internal and external creative resources. Follow up with clients on presentations, selections, artwork and outstanding decisions. Manage multiple active requests and projects without letting details fall through the cracks. Create and maintain online merchandise shops when needed. Maintain accurate project information and activity in our internal CRM - Commonsku. Coordinate closely with our account/order-management team when projects move into estimating, ordering and production. Flag issues early and proactively solve problems. Keep the owner informed without requiring him to personally manage every detail. Identify reorder, cross-sell and additional client opportunities and bring them to the sales team. Help us continuously improve the way we manage projects and serve clients. You'll Probably Love This Job If... You're the person who notices that something hasn't been answered. You like having a lot happening at once — as long as you can organize it. You don't need someone to remind you three times to follow up. You have good visual judgment and can tell when something looks polished versus thrown together. You're naturally curious and enjoy finding the right solution rather than simply completing a task. If a client says, "We need gifts for 75 executives and don't want anything cheesy," your instinct is to ask good questions and figure out what would actually impress them. You communicate confidently and professionally. You catch mistakes before clients do. And when something goes wrong, your instinct is: "Let me figure this out." —not— "That's not my job." What We're Looking For Approximately 2+ years of experience in project coordination, account services, client services, merchandising, events, branded merchandise, promotional products, marketing, advertising, print, packaging, apparel, hospitality or a related client-facing environment. Exceptional organization and follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Comfort managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong computer and internet-research skills. Good visual judgment and an eye for presentation. Resourcefulness and willingness to learn. Confidence communicating directly with clients and vendors. Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for help. Comfort learning new software and AI-enabled tools. Especially Helpful — But Not Required Experience with any of the following is a plus: Promotional products or branded merchandise Commonsku Corporate gifting Apparel or merchandising Print or packaging Event production Creative or advertising agencies Canva or Adobe Creative Suite E-commerce/company stores AI-assisted creative or productivity tools Direct promotional-products experience is valuable, but we are more interested in finding an outstanding person than checking every box. What This Role Is NOT This is not a cold-calling sales position. You won't be responsible for hitting a new-business prospecting quota. We have separate sales resources responsible for generating new opportunities. Your job is to help us deliver an exceptional experience once clients and opportunities are in motion — while recognizing opportunities to grow existing relationships when you see them. Schedule & Location This is a full-time position based in our Lomita, California office. Because this role works closely with our owner and team, we expect the successful candidate to work primarily in-office during the initial training period. Once fully trained and consistently performing independently, we are open to discussing a hybrid schedule. Compensation $58,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits and additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview process. Why Roham? We're not a giant corporation where you'll own one tiny piece of a process. You'll learn how an entire branded-merchandise business works. You'll see projects move from a client's rough idea to an actual product in someone's hands. You'll work directly with ownership and have the opportunity to make systems better rather than simply inherit them. And as Roham grows, we want this position to grow with it. For the right person, this role can develop into senior project, account-management or operations responsibility. How to Apply Please submit your résumé and answer the following questions: 1. A client needs 300 custom employee kits delivered to three locations in 17 days. Artwork hasn't been approved, one product is suddenly backordered, and the client hasn't responded since yesterday. What would you do? 2. Tell us about a time you were responsible for keeping several projects, clients or deadlines organized at once. What system did you use to make sure nothing was missed? 3.
A client tells you:
"We're hosting a retreat for 75 executives. Our budget is approximately $150 per person. We want something elevated and memorable — nothing cheesy." What are the first questions you would ask before recommending products? Please answer in your own words. We're much more interested in how you think than in receiving a perfect answer.Pay:
