$145k - $185k base salary + full benefits + 401k matchingPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead electrical and low-voltage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will manage multiple simultaneous projects, oversee budgeting and scheduling, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, ensure quality and safety compliance, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires technical knowledge of electrical and low-voltage systems, proficiency with estimating and project documentation tools, and proven leadership on construction sites.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all phases of electrical and low-voltage construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution, and closeout.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and cost controls; monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet project objectives.

Prepare and review estimates, scopes of work, change orders, and contractual documents; utilize Accubid for takeoffs and estimating when applicable.

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services and resolve site issues quickly.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and regulations.

Manage client relationships, communicate project status, and address client concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Use Bluebeam and Live Count tools to manage project drawings, markups, and material counts; ensure accurate documentation of as-built conditions.

Lead project meetings, produce clear progress reports, and maintain organized project documentation and RFI/ submittal logs.

Implement and enforce safety programs and best practices on job sites; ensure all team members follow company safety policies.

Mentor and develop junior project staff, support career growth, and promote a collaborative team environment.

QualificationsBachelors degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of progressive project management experience in electrical and/or low-voltage construction, with a proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, low-voltage systems (data, security, AV), construction methods, and building codes.

Proficiency with Accubid for estimating, and Bluebeam for drawing management and markups; experience with Live Count or similar material count tools preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to manage multi-discipline teams and subcontractors.

Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing project cost controls and change orders.

Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

OSHA safety training (or equivalent) and a commitment to maintaining a safe jobsite environment.
