About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and driven E-Commerce (Amazon) & Inventory Specialist to join our growing digital operations team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build or expand a strong foundation in e-commerce, Amazon marketplace management, inventory operations, and digital marketing. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing online product listings, monitoring inventory across multiple sales channels, supporting order fulfillment operations, and driving online sales performance through data analysis, SEO, PPC advertising, and content optimization. brand across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce & Storefront Management Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, and other e-commerce channels Ensure listing accuracy for pricing, product content, specifications, images, and inventory Optimize product listings using SEO best practices including keyword research, titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and enhanced content Monitor account health and work with marketplace support teams to resolve listing or account issues Maintain accurate product information within e-commerce and content management systems Amazon Seller Central & FBA Operations Manage day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central Monitor FBA inventory levels and maintain healthy in-stock rates across all SKUs Plan and execute FBA replenishment based on sales trends, forecasting, and lead times Create and manage FBA shipment plans, labeling, tracking, and reconciliation Resolve shipment discrepancies and file reimbursement claims when necessary Track and analyze key Amazon metrics including sell-through rate, stranded inventory, account health, and customer feedback Advertising & Digital Marketing Conduct keyword and competitor research using Helium 10 and other SEO tools Build, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including ACOS, ROAS, impressions, CTR, conversions, and sales performance Adjust bids, budgets, and keyword targeting to improve campaign efficiency and ROI Support digital marketing initiatives including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, email marketing, and SEM campaigns Collaborate on social media and B2B marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and wholesale opportunities Content Creation & Optimization Create and enhance product images, graphics, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite Write compelling product descriptions, promotional copy, and marketing content Support conversion optimization initiatives through A/B testing and listing improvements Assist with website and storefront updates using WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms Inventory & ERP Management Track and manage inventory across all sales channels using ERP systems (Odoo preferred) Maintain accurate SKU data, inventory records, and pricing information Assist with inventory forecasting and replenishment planning Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and warehouse organization to ensure operational accuracy Monitor inventory movement to minimize stockouts and overstock situations Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Support Assist with picking, packing, and shipping daily orders Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Coordinate outbound shipments and delivery schedules Support general warehouse operations and inventory handling Returns & Customer Issue Resolution Process returns and RMAs Inspect returned products and update inventory accordingly Resolve order discrepancies, shipment issues, and customer-related concerns in a timely manner QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred) 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce, Amazon operations, digital marketing, inventory management, or related fields Experience with Amazon Seller Central required Strong Excel skills including formulas, filtering, reporting, and basic data analysis Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and product listing optimization Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred / Nice to Have Experience with Helium 10 or similar Amazon research tools Familiarity with Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or other e-commerce platforms Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo Experience with Amazon PPC and digital advertising platforms Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or graphic design tools Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or WordPress Exposure to warehouse operations and inventory management Experience with marketing automation or analytics tools Why Join Land Helmets?
