Essential functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Provide excellent customer service while communicating with customers over the phone and in writing. Act as a liaison between multiple parties to bring an installation to completion. Collaborate with installers, estimators, and other company personnel to create a positive experience for customers. Review customer contracts for accuracy. Schedule installations with customers and assign installers to perform installation. Maintain installer calendars through the system. Prepare necessary paperwork. Keep detailed notes from beginning to end of installation. Transfer materials from location to location as needed for installations. Review assigned materials prior to providing pick tickets to ensure inventory is assigned as needed. Follow up with Purchasing where applicable when waiting on material to arrive for scheduled install date. Confirm install completion with installers, adjust JSTAT's to ensure Accounting collect balance due from customers. Handle customer concerns, repairs, claims as necessary.
