Our air-launched, Talon testbeds are reusable, cost-effective platforms that enable routine access to the hypersonic environment. We deliver flight data critical to validating system performance and achieving rapid technology deployment. Together with our customers, we drive innovations that are imperative to advancing national security. To achieve these great efforts, Stratolaunch is seeking a Project Coordinator with 2-5 years of relevant experience within defense or aerospace companies. This pivotal role is responsible for coordinating all program activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating with the customer, and addressing customer needs. The Program Coordinator reports directly to the Program Director and plays a key role in ensuring program success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Program Activity Coordination Coordinate day-to-day program activities and ensure alignment with program objectives and schedules. Track action items, deliverables, and milestones across multiple workstreams. Maintain and update program documentation, schedules, and status trackers. Cross-Department Collaboration Serve as a liaison between engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and other departments. Facilitate effective communication and information flow among all program stakeholders. Support the integration of cross-functional inputs into program plans and deliverables. Customer Communication & Support Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and routine communications. Gather, document, and address customer needs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Support the preparation and delivery of customer status reports, presentations, and briefings. Reporting & Documentation Prepare regular program status reports for the Program Director and internal leadership. Document meeting minutes, action items, and key decisions. Assist in the preparation of program review materials and executive briefings. Risk & Issue Tracking Monitor program risks and issues, escalating to the Program Director as needed. Support risk mitigation and issue resolution activities. Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement within program coordination activities. Support the implementation of best practices and new tools to enhance program efficiency. Travel Domestic travel as required to support program and customer meetings (estimated
