We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a rich background in Mixed-Use Construction. As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing various construction projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for construction management. You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that our projects are executed effectively and efficiently, in line with our company's high standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from planning to implementation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure project objectives are met. Develop comprehensive project plans, including budget, timeline, and resources, and ensure their successful execution. Monitor project progress regularly and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and manage any unforeseen issues that arise. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety procedures. Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and all stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Prepare and present reports on project progress and status to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
PREFFERED NOT REQUIRED
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, specifically in Mixed-Use Construction. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Superior problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong commitment to safety and quality control.
