full-time Costa Advisory is a boutique construction consulting firm based in Irvine, California. We work across all construction sectors throughout North America, providing expert services in project controls advisory, schedule and delay analyses, claim preparation and evaluation, productivity analyses, damages quantification, and dispute resolution support. We are currently seeking a scheduler to support numerous client engagements. This for a full-time in-office position (in Irvine, CA). A minor amount of travel may be required throughout the year. ????????????????????????????? ???? What You'll Do ?????????????????????????????
- Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6
- Support schedule delay analyses, time impact analyses (TIAs), and forensic schedule reviews
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of construction claims, REAs, change orders, and time extension requests
- Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams to assess schedule impacts and mitigation strategies
- Prepare clear written reports and schedule narratives for client deliverables
- Travel to project sites and client offices as required (United States and Canada) ????????????????????????????? ???? What We're Looking For ?????????????????????????????
- 2-5 years of hands-on construction scheduling experience using Primavera P6 (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline is preferred
- Solid understanding of construction operations, scheduling methodology, and project controls principles
- Familiarity with construction change orders, time extension requests, REAs, and/or claims
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout as client needs dictate ?
