full-time We're hiring experienced Project Managers to join our team and work closely with our Sales/Account Management teams to successfully manage commercial furniture projects from start to finish. The ideal person has 5+ years of experience i n the commercial furniture dealer industry, astrong project management background and a sales-oriented, client-focused approach. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is based in Newport Beach, CA. What You'll Do Manage all project logistics from pre-project planning, throughout installation, completion and close-out, and after completion of the installations. Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules. Attend construction meetings and project meetings. Work closely with Account Managers throughout the project to support client expectations and successful project execution. Collaborate with Project Coordinators, Systems Designers, Field Project Managers, and other internal team members. Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, installers, general contractors, designers, and other industry trades. Identify project issues, communicate changes, and proactively manage details that could impact schedule, scope, or installation. Maintain accurate project information and ensure details are communicated clearly across all parties. Provide a high level of organization, follow-through, and responsiveness throughout each project. What We're Looking For 5+ years minimum of commercial furniture dealer industry or related experience required. Previous project management experience required. Strong understanding of the commercial furniture project process, from order through installation and closeout. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments. Strong client service and sales-oriented mindset. Expert skills in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Point AutoCAD and 20/20 CAP experience are a plus.
