A growing construction and engineering organization in Oceanside is looking for a Project Coordinator to support multiple active projects from kickoff through completion.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is naturally organized but doesn't want a traditional desk-only administrative position. You'll be working with Project Managers, vendors, clients, field teams, and internal departments, helping keep timelines, documents, purchasing, and communication on track.
What you'll be responsible forSupport Project Managers with day-to-day project coordinationMaintain project schedules and milestone trackersCoordinate meetings and project updatesTrack project documentation and approvalsAssist with purchase orders and vendor coordinationMonitor outstanding items and follow up with responsible partiesMaintain project budgets and expense trackingPrepare status reports and project spreadsheetsCoordinate communication between field and office teamsAssist with change orders and project documentationOrganize contracts, proposals, and project filesHelp prepare project closeout documentationIdentify scheduling or documentation issues before they become delays
