Job Description

Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead sustaining projects for a medical device console used in coronary and peripheral vascular procedures. This role manages projects from product launch through end of life, ranging from small one-off tasks to process improvements, design changes, and design transfers. The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional leader with design controls experience on console and disposable systems who communicates clearly with senior leadership. This role is onsite 5 days a week. Responsibilities Support and execute the sustaining strategy to ensure product continuity Manage project structure and governance, including scope, roles, workstreams, risks, and communication Develop project milestones and plans to support budget, resource planning, and execution tracking Facilitate team decision making by organizing information, evaluating options, and supporting clear recommendations Prepare status reports and dashboards and lead status update meetings Coordinate cross-functional teams to evaluate, design, build, and implement solutions Identify, communicate, and manage technical risks and knowledge gaps Communicate key decisions, risks, and status updates to stakeholders and leadership Partner with Regulatory on submission planning to prioritize R&D, process improvement, and business continuity projects Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role leading cross-functional teams under medical device design controls, from launch through end of life Hardware and/or software product development experience on a console and disposable system Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future PMP certification and an MBA or master's degree preferred Previous experience as a project manager, manufacturing engineer, or quality engineer preferred Proficiency with MS Project and Office Timeline preferred #GRPB Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled. $61.00 - $64.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
