full-time Senior Project Manager | Owner's Representative Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Owner's Representative to oversee a portfolio of high-end tech workplace projects throughout the Bay Area. This individual will serve as the owner's point person from early planning through project completion, managing the full project lifecycle and coordinating internal stakeholders, design teams, consultants, contractors, and third-party project management teams. The ideal candidate has strong owner's representative experience managing complex projects within technology campuses in Northern California . They are comfortable taking ownership, working through ambiguity, and moving projects forward with limited direction. Key Responsibilities Serve as the owner's primary point of contact across multiple projects and sites Manage projects from early planning and programming through design, construction, closeout, and turnover Develop project teams, including identifying architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other project partners Lead RFP processes, consultant selection, contracting, and project setup Establish project budgets, schedules, priorities, and key milestones Oversee project financials, including budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and cost reporting Manage internal and external stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, and key decisions Provide oversight and direction to third-party project managers responsible for day-to-day project execution Coordinate closely with Global Operations, Facilities, and other internal teams Manage multiple concurrent projects across a broader real estate and facilities portfolio Identify project risks early and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward Create structure and processes where needed and confidently move projects forward despite ambiguity Ensure projects meet the owner's expectations for quality, budget, schedule, and overall delivery Ideal Background 10+ years of experience in construction and project management experience Strong owner's representative experience is required Experience delivering complex, high-end workplace projects within technology campuses across Northern California is required Strong understanding of design, preconstruction, construction, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls General Contractor experience is highly valued Experience managing multiple projects or sites simultaneously Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and cash flow Ability to manage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and third-party project management teams Strong judgment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
