Champion quality assurance:
conduct job-site reviews, ensure installations meet/exceed industry standards, prevent call-backs/warranty issues, and partner with quality teams on processes/inspections. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to support repeat business and future opportunities. Recruit, train, mentor, and develop project team members; track performance, delegate appropriately, nominate for promotions/incentives, and participate in hiring as needed.Enforce safety compliance across teams:
assure PPE usage, coordinate with safety officers for inspections/visits, and uphold company/project safety protocols at all times. Provide leadership vision for project planning, coordination, sequencing, labor utilization, and continuous improvement; communicate updates and issues to executive leadership. Supervisory Responsibilities Yes- Direct supervision and leadership of superintendents, foremen, field personnel, and support staff on assigned projects; responsible for performance evaluations, training/mentoring, promotions/incentives, conflict resolution, and team development to ensure high performance, safety adherence, and project success.
