Senior Project Analyst III (Transmission & Capital Projects) Role Overview We are seeking an organized, analytical, and versatile Senior Project Analyst III to provide dedicated project management and operational support for our Transmission Project Management (TPM) teams. In this role, you will work concurrently with multiple Project Managers to coordinate complex project activities, track critical deliverables, maintain project controls, and manage official project documentation across capital infrastructure portfolios. This is a high-visibility analytical position for an independent professional who excels at multitasking in fast-paced technical environments. You will draft customer correspondence and legal records, analyze project data, manage SharePoint repositories, and ensure seamless communication across internal stakeholders and contractors. Multi-Project Support:
Provide concurrent project management support for 2 to 3 Project Managers, coordinating schedules, tracking milestones, and balancing competing priorities and deadlines. Documentation & Governance:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, action item logs, and risk registers while upholding data integrity across repositories. Formal Communication:
Prepare professional customer correspondence, binding contracts, executive presentations, and project documentation that become part of official corporate and legal records. Project Controls:
Support project controls and financial reporting activities, analyzing project data and developing actionable management reports. Data Management & Systems Administration Repository Administration:
Maintain and govern SharePoint sites, document repositories, and project record libraries to ensure seamless team collaboration. SAP Tracking:
Execute SAP-related project functions, tracking workflows, purchase orders, and status reports. Process Improvement:
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standardizing project management processes across the portfolio. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered; High School Diploma or equivalent required as baseline). Experience Baseline:
Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in an analytical role utilizing database programs, project management frameworks, and advanced spreadsheet software.

Technical Mastery:
oAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills essential (proficient with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and handling large volumes of complex data). oAdvanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word, with experience using formatted templates and developing executive business communications. oProven experience supporting multiple managers, projects, or workstreams simultaneously under tight deadlines. oHands-on experience with SharePoint and digital document management tools.
Core Competencies:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Preferred Attributes - Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP from PMI).
- Previous experience navigating SAP project modules.
- Direct background supporting construction, utility, infrastructure, or capital development projects.
- Familiarity with data visualization and automation tools (e.
g., Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and project scheduling software.
