Summary of Position The Project Manager, Technical Services is responsible for managing the end to end project management for all assigned projects from start to completion, including setting up projects in Yamamotoyama's designated workflow tool and ensuring each cross-functional partner is completing their tasks on time. Core Responsibility:
Follow Company defined project governance for project management. Management of projects of many different types; innovation, marketing initiatives, cost savings, production facility improvements, software improvements, etc. Define project objectives and scope. Develop comprehensive project management plans. Define project scope, schedule, and budget. Obtain formal acceptance of project deliverables.
Strategic Responsibility:
o Develop project charters. o Create quality, communication, risk, and resource plans. o Develop a risk management plan. o Monitor and control project risks.
Technical Responsibility:

Operational Responsibility:
Obtain necessary project approvals. Implement planned project processes. Oversee procurement, if applicable. Close out contracts, if applicable. Conduct post-project reviews. Document lessons learned.

o Identify key stakeholders. o Collaborate with the project leader to manage project execution. o Distribute project information to stakeholders. o Manage stakeholder expectations. Knowledge Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the Food and Beverage industry, preferred. Prior experience in developing and protecting intellectual property, preferred. Education & Experience:
Education Bachelor's Degree required Experience Over 7 years working experience in project management, CPG products, marketing, or production environment.
