Job Description:
About Role We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Project Manager to join the 100% Team. As a company, we are dedicated to producing premium sporting goods that enhance and support the performance of athletes across a variety of sports. We are looking for a talented individual who shares our passion for the spirit of racing and who can contribute to ongoing projects that will inspire a whole new generation of racers and athletes. As Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of projects. You will work with the Project Manager in ensuring initiatives are organized, tracked, and executed across a cross-functional team. You will be part of a collaborative and friendly team that works together to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with all departments (Design, Sales, Marketing, eComm, Operations, etc) to drive projects to completion on schedule and within budget. An ideal candidate will be highly organized, with some experience using Project Management tools. Responsibilities Coordinate project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met on time and within budget Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product development, marketing, and sales to ensure project goals are aligned with company objectives Manage imagery databases for historical record as well as upcoming product launches Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders regarding project updates Develop and maintain project documentation, including project schedules and budgets Ensure project quality and make recommendations for process improvements as needed Maintain a detailed understanding of projects and timelines to ensure all stakeholders are in-tune and briefed to effectively execute on their objectives Create project schedules and identity key milestones and dates for each contributor Assist in sourcing and ordering assets for print, mailing, events, etc Work with teams to identify challenges and potential solutions, then present to stakeholders with details on impact to timeline and budget Organize recurring project milestone updates to keep the Project Manager apprised of key dates and potential headwinds Communicate with external vendors, freelancers, creatives and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the sporting goods industry Strong interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of project management methodologies Familiarity with project management software (Airtable experience preferred; Asana, Jira, Monday, etc also acceptable) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite Extremely organized with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively This position requires in-office attendance, Monday-Thursday Company Benefits Four-Day, 32-hour workweek!
