full-time About This Role Logic is seeking an organized and systems-savvy Project Coordinator to support the administration of a program for a major utility client in the San Diego area. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end qualification and testing process for utility designers across multiple disciplines

  • from exam administration and system access to stakeholder coordination and project documentation.

This is not a traditional project coordination role. The ideal candidate brings strong Point and Smartsheet skills, a compliance-oriented mindset, and comfort managing a structured project with multiple moving parts and stakeholders. The position is primarily remote with occasional onsite visits in the San Diego area as needed. Key Responsibilities Project Administration Administer the program across various utility design departments and disciplines, maintaining Point databases containing applicant reports, statuses, and performance data. Administer applicant design testing across Overhead Electric, Underground Electric, Gas, and Transformer Vault disciplines through online testing platforms (ClassMarker, ProctorFree). Manage contractor design system access based on program qualification protocols, ensuring accuracy of qualified designer records and system assignments. Manage shared team inboxes for incoming requests, inquiries, and project questions; coordinate responses with team members and stakeholders. Schedule and lead regular meeting cadences with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to review project metrics and service levels. Build and maintain alliances with internal departments to expand the project and ensure designers receive credit for qualified status across all applicable disciplines. Lead revisions and updates to project fact sheets, manuals, process flows, and documentation to prescribed standards. Lead ad hoc and routine user training for project participants and new stakeholders. Focus on continuous improvement of project processes, tools, and user experience. Technical & Systems Administration Automate technical development, enhancements, and maintenance within Smartsheet and Point environments supporting the project. Create and maintain Smartsheet and Point environments including automations, formulas, reports, and visual aids such as graphs and charts. Oversee monthly and quarterly audits of all contractor information, system access (ICUE, SAP), and portal data to ensure accuracy and integrity. Coordinate exam key updates with Subject Matter Experts when applicable standards require changes; lead exam modifications end to end. Identify downstream impacts as system changes are configured; responsible for thorough testing, troubleshooting, and de-bugging prior to and after implementation. Oversee written communication of project materials and ensure all documentation is current, accurate, and accessible to internal and external users. Required Qualifications Administers a structured qualification and testing project for utility designers across multiple disciplines (Overhead, Underground, Gas, Transformer Vault)

  • maintaining databases, automating workflows, managing contractor portals, and keeping applicant and testing data clean and accurate. Serves as the main point of contact for the shared team inbox, stakeholder communications, training, and continuous process improvement across the project. Manages system access coordination across testing and utility platforms
  • ensuring contractors are properly qualified, credentialed, and reflected in the right systems. Creates and maintains project documentation
  • including manuals, process flows, procedure guides, and exam updates in coordination with subject matter experts. Additional Qualifications Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of experience in project administration, operations coordination, or a systems-focused administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); Point administration experience required. Smartsheet experience strongly preferred
  • including automation, formula building, and reporting.

Familiarity with online testing platforms, vendor/contractor management systems, or access control workflows a plus. SAP or ICUE system experience a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously. Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating with internal stakeholders, contractors, and subject matter experts.
