Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support construction operations in Gold River, California. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who can keep project activities organized, maintain schedules, and help teams stay aligned on deadlines and deliverables. The right candidate will bring strong coordination skills, confidence working with project documentation, and the ability to support multiple priorities in a fast-paced contractor environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project schedules and track milestone dates to help construction activities remain on time and well organized.
  • Maintain master scheduling information, update timelines, and communicate changes to the appropriate project stakeholders.
  • Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks related to active construction projects.
  • Organize, scan, and file project documents so records are accurate, accessible, and properly maintained.
  • Monitor day-to-day project activity and follow up on outstanding items to keep work moving forward.
  • Prepare status updates, reports, and scheduling summaries to assist with planning and decision-making.
  • Help manage project documentation, correspondence, and related materials across multiple assignments.
