Job Description
Pacific Staffing is recruiting an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Rancho Cordova CA based client to support construction billing, certified payroll reporting, and compliance for multiple active projects. The ideal candidate brings strong AR experience, proven certified payroll skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment. Our client offers a steady full-time schedule, a supportive team environment, and reliable long-term career stability in the construction industry. Pay-$36-$39/hr. (DOE)100% onsite in
Handle full-cycle accounts receivable: change orders, lien releases, AR aging, and payment application.
Complete full certified payroll reporting for public works and prevailing-wage projects.
Submit certified payroll reporting, DIR, and other compliance portals.
Verify wage determinations, classifications, fringe benefits, and apprenticeship requirements.
Maintain organized billing records for audits and contractor requests.
Experience with certified payroll billing, DIR reporting, and electronic compliance systems.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and accounting software.
Rancho Cordova Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle construction billing including progress, final, and retention billings.Handle full-cycle accounts receivable: change orders, lien releases, AR aging, and payment application.
Complete full certified payroll reporting for public works and prevailing-wage projects.
Submit certified payroll reporting, DIR, and other compliance portals.
Verify wage determinations, classifications, fringe benefits, and apprenticeship requirements.
Maintain organized billing records for audits and contractor requests.
Qualifications:
Proven construction billing and full-cycle AR experience (required).Knowledge of California prevailing-wage and public works compliance.Experience with certified payroll billing, DIR reporting, and electronic compliance systems.
