Junior project manager Najera Environmental Inc dba 1 Stop Restoration Riverside, CA Job Details Full-time $25 - $28 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Qualifications Customer communication Driver's License Full Job Description Junior Project Manager - Reconstruction Division Najera Environmental Inc. is looking for a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our Reconstruction Division. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on construction and restoration experience who is ready to take the next step into project management and grow with a fast-paced company. The Junior Project Manager will assist with managing reconstruction projects from start to completion, working directly with homeowners/private customers, general contractors, and insurance carriers. The position requires strong communication, organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Responsibilities Assist with managing residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to completion. Communicate professionally with homeowners, general contractors, insurance representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members. Coordinate project schedules, materials, subcontractors, and field crews. Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction. Conduct jobsite visits and provide project updates. Assist with change orders, documentation, work authorizations, and project files. Maintain consistent communication with customers and project stakeholders. Review project scopes and help ensure work is completed according to specifications. Assist with resolving field issues and communicating solutions to customers and management. Maintain accurate project documentation and updates within company software. Work closely with the Reconstruction and Restoration divisions to ensure a smooth transition from mitigation/restoration into reconstruction. Assist senior project managers with larger or more complex projects as needed. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, reconstruction, restoration, or a related field. Previous project management or project coordination experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to read and understand scopes of work, plans, and construction documentation. Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling. Restoration industry experience is a strong plus, particularly experience working with insurance-related projects. Experience with estimating or willingness/ability to learn estimating is highly preferred. Ability to visit jobsites and communicate effectively with field personnel. Proficiency with computers and project management software. Valid driver's license and good driving record required. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to jobsites as needed. Experience:
3+ years in construction, reconstruction, restoration, or related field preferred.

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
