Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure construction projects from inception to completion. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating construction schedule activities across teams. Manage project budgets by tracking costs with HeavyBid or comparable cost management tools, ensuring financial targets are met. Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints reading, contracts, and regulatory compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows and effective communication. Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory adherence; conduct regular site inspections utilizing Civil 3D or Bluebeam for plan verification. Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and progress reports using ProCore or Prolog. Lead project meetings to track progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure timely decision-making aligned with project goals. Supervise construction teams on-site by providing clear direction on tasks such as construction schedule coordination and blueprint interpretation. Ensure all projects comply with local construction regulations and safety standards while managing risks proactively. Skills Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects within the commercial construction sector. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, cost management strategies, and budget control techniques. Exceptional project scheduling skills with a focus on construction schedule coordination and timeline adherence. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams in a construction management role; excellent communication skills for effective project coordination. Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols, blueprint reading, contracts administration, and regulatory compliance. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and interpret construction plans effectively. Skilled in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail through effective time management practices. Hands-on experience with construction site operations combined with a thorough understanding of construction safety standards.
